This article provides a comprehensive analysis of external (exogenous) factors influencing the speech development of early and preschool-aged children. It is scientifically proven that speech is not merely a biological process, but a product of the socio-cultural environment. The role of the family environment, the quality of parental communication, digital technologies (gadgets), socio-economic status (SES), and preschool educational institutions in shaping a child's vocabulary and communicative competence is highlighted. Furthermore, the article offers pedagogical recommendations for preventing speech disorders.References
