Maqolada O'zbekistonda tasviriy san'at asarlariga nisbatan mualliflik huquqi institutining nazariy-huquqiy asoslari, milliy va xorijiy qonunchilikning qiyosiy tahlili hamda raqamli muhitdagi yangi muammolar tadqiq etilgan. Fransiya, Germaniya, Buyuk Britaniya, AQSh va Yevropa Ittifoqi tajribasi asosida milliy huquqiy tizimda mavjud bo'lmagan zamonaviy huquqiy institutlar aniqlanib, ularni qonunchilikka joriy etish bo'yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
