Mazkur tezisda pedagoglarda emotsional intellektning namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlari,mehnat faoliyatiga ta’siri, uning pedagogik faoliyatdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Emotsional intellekt o‘qituvchining o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini boshqarishi, o‘quvchilar emotsional holatini tushunishi, samarali muloqot o‘rnatishi hamda ta’lim jarayonida yuzaga keladigan muammolarni konstruktiv hal etishida muhim omil hisoblanadi. Shuningdek, emotsional intellektning asosiy komponentlari va pedagogik faoliyat samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan.References
