This article examines the issues of regulating and monitoring training loads in the development of endurance among adolescent athletes aged 14–16. At this stage of physical development, the proper distribution of training intensity and volume is considered one of the key factors in improving sports performance and maintaining health. The research analyzes physiological characteristics of adolescents, principles of endurance training, and methods of controlling physical loads. The article emphasizes that scientifically based regulation of training loads contributes to the effective development of endurance, prevention of overtraining, and improvement of athletes’ functional capabilities.References
