Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada kichiklashtirilgan kislorodli barokamera yordamida yara bitishini tezlashtirishga qaratilgan innovatsion yondashuv tahlil qilinadi. Yara bitishining sekinlashishi, ayniqsa qandli diabet, qon aylanish buzilishi, infeksiya va to‘qimalarda kislorod yetishmovchiligi bilan bog‘liq holatlarda dolzarb klinik muammo hisoblanadi. Giperbarik oksigenatsiya usuli yuqori bosim ostida kislorod yetkazib berish orqali to‘qimalarda kislorod miqdorini oshiradi, angiogenezni rag‘batlantiradi, kollagen sintezini kuchaytiradi va regeneratsiya jarayonlarini faollashtiradi. Maqolada an’anaviy katta barokameralarga muqobil sifatida mahalliy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi kichiklashtirilgan kislorodli barokamera konsepsiyasi, uning ishlash tamoyillari, klinik qo‘llash imkoniyatlari, iqtisodiy afzalliklari va xavfsizlik talablari yoritilgan.
