This scientific thesis is devoted to the experimental substantiation of the practical effectiveness of the pedagogical technology system an integrative combination of psychological trainings, case studies, role-playing games, and reflective workshops aimed at developing stress resilience among students of professional education institutions. The pedagogical experiment (n=60; EG=30, CG=30) was organized across 22 sessions. Statistical significance at p<0.001 was confirmed for all five diagnostic indicators; effect sizes ranged from Cohen d=1.31 to 2.48 (large effect). Correlational analysis revealed a strong relationship between stress resilience and professional adaptability at r=0.71 (p<0.001). The findings substantiate the necessity of introducing the pedagogical technology system as a standard component in the practice of professional education institutions.References
