Yusuf Khos Hajib's work "Kutadgu Bilig" is considered one of the most ancient and high artistic and philosophical monuments of Turkic literature. Created in the 11th century, this work includes the principles of state governance, justice, morality, human qualities and a happy life in society. In the work, the ideal state system and the images of a just ruler are expressed through symbolic characters: Kuntugdi (justice), Aitoldi (state), Ogdulmish (reason) and Ozgurmish (satisfaction), the author illuminates the spiritual and political foundations of governing society.References
