The article examines the modern features of the system of training and pre-training banking specialists in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of economic digitalization and banking sector modernization. The processes of transformation of educational programs, implementation of practice-oriented learning, development of cooperation between higher educational institutions and commercial banks, as well as the role of digital technologies in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists are analyzed. The main problems of personnel support in the banking sector are identified, including the mismatch between the level of training and labor market requirements, insufficient practical orientation of education, and a lack of modern digital skills. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for improving the banking education system based on international experience and innovative approaches to professional training.References
