“ABDOMINAL XIRURGIYADA ROBOT-ASSISTIRLANGAN VA AN’ANAVIY LAPAROSKOPIK USULLARNING KLINIK SAMARADORLIGINI QIYOSIY TAHLIL QILISH”

Abstract

An’anaviy laparoskopiya invazivlikni (tanaga shikast yetkazishni) kamaytirish orqali xirurgiyada inqilob qilgan bo‘lsa-da, u ikki o‘lchamli (2D) ko‘rish maydoni, 'tayanch nuqtasi effekti' (fulcrum effect) va asboblarning harakatlanish imkoniyati cheklanganligi bilan fundamental ravishda chegaralangan. Robot-assistirlangan xirurgiya (RAS) ushbu to‘siqlarni yuqori aniqlikdagi 3D vizualizatsiya, qo‘l titrashini (tremor) filtrlash va 7 darajali erkinlikka ega bo‘lgan bo‘g‘imli asboblar orqali bartaraf etadi. Ushbu texnologik evolyutsiya xirurgni jismoniy zo‘riqishdan ergonomik konsolga o‘tkazadi, bu esa operatsiya davomidagi charchoqni kamaytirish va murakkab dissektsiyalarda aniqlikni oshirish imkonini beradi.
