Abstract

Varikotsele umumiy erkaklar populyatsiyasining taxminan 15 % da uchrashi va bepushtlik bilan murojaat qiluvchi erkaklarda yanada ko‘proq kuzatilishi mumkin. Varikotsele uzoq vaqt davomida klinik belgilarsiz kechishi mumkinligi sababli uning patologik ta’siri ayrim bemorlarda faqat reproduktiv muammolar yoki skrotal noqulaylik paydo bo‘lgandan keyin aniqlanadi. Kasallikning asosiy patologik mohiyati moyak venoz qon aylanishining buzilishi bilan bog‘liq. Venoz dimlanish natijasida moyakning termoregulyatsiyasi izdan chiqadi, intratestikulyar harorat oshadi, to‘qimalarning oksigenatsiyasi yomonlashadi va oksidlovchi stress kuchayadi [2,3]. Mazkur o‘zgarishlar davomli xarakter kasb etganda moyak to‘qimasida strukturaviy va funksional shikastlanishlar yuzaga kelishi mumkin. Varikotsele asoratlarini o‘rganish nafaqat kasallikning reproduktiv funksiyaga ta’sirini, balki moyakning endokrin faoliyati, og‘riq sindromi va uzoq muddatli testikulyar zararlanish mexanizmlarini tushunish uchun ham muhimdir.
