Tezisda matriks metalloproteinaza fermentiga sezgir intellektual gidrogellarni sterillash jarayonlarining validatsiyasi o'rganilgan. GMP va FDA talablariga muvofiq, avtoklavlash (121 daraja) va gamma nurlanish (25 kGy) usullarining polimer matritsasi destruksiyasiga ta'siri qiyosiy baholandi. Termik avtoklavlash peptid aloqalarining muddatidan oldin gidrolizlanishiga olib keldi. Muqobil ravishda validatsiyalangan past haroratli radiatsion sterillash uslubi dori shaklining sterillik kafolati indeksini (SAL) 10/-6 gacha ta'minlash bilan birga polimer strukturasining biologik faolligini 98 foiz darajada saqlab qoldi.References
