This article examines the constitutional and legal structure and main functions of the executive branch in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the 2023 Constitution and current legislation. It analyzes the roles and powers of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, and local executive authorities, as well as the functions of ministries, state committees, and agencies. The article also highlights recent administrative reforms and proposes recommendations for improving the efficiency of the executive branch.References
