Abstract

This thesis examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in modern English language teaching from pedagogical, linguistic, and technological perspectives. The study analyzes the integration of AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, virtual learning platforms, automated assessment systems, and adaptive learning technologies into English language education [1, p.23]. Furthermore, the research explores the impact of AI on communicative competence, learner autonomy, classroom interaction, and academic motivation. Comparative analysis demonstrates the differences between traditional language teaching methods and AI-supported educational approaches. The study also highlights practical recommendations for teachers and students in implementing AI technologies effectively in English language classrooms.
