Abstract

Mazkur maqolada talabalarda empatiya xususiyatlarining prosotsial xulqni shakllantirishdagi o'rni psixologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilingan. Maqolada empatiyaning kognitiv va emotsional (hissiy hamdardlik) komponentlari, ularning prosotsial xulq-atvor — yordam berish, hamkorlik qilish, o'zgaruvchan vaziyatlarda boshqalarga ko'maklashish kabi xususiyatlar — bilan bog'liqligi yoritilgan. Olib borilgan empirik tadqiqot natijalari talabalarda empatiya darajasi yuqori bo'lganda prosotsial xulq ko'rsatkichlarining ham yuqori bo'lishini, shuningdek bu bog'liqlikda jinsiy va yosh xususiyatlarining o'rnini ko'rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida talabalarda empatik qobiliyat va prosotsial xulqni rivojlantirish bo'yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
