This article comprehensively discusses the theoretical and practical significance of modern pedagogical technologies, innovative methods, and interactive teaching approaches used in botany education. In the context of globalization and the rapid development of information technologies, the modernization of biological education, the formation of students’ scientific worldview, and the development of ecological culture are considered among the most important pedagogical tasks. The article analyzes the effectiveness of multimedia tools, electronic textbooks, virtual laboratories, STEAM technology, project-based learning, problem-based learning, and interactive methods in teaching botany.Furthermore, the pedagogical potential of modern methods in developing students’ independent thinking skills, encouraging scientific research activities, achieving a deep understanding of biological processes, and integrating theoretical knowledge with practice is revealed. It is scientifically substantiated that the use of innovative approaches in botany lessons increases students’ interest in the subject, develops ecological thinking, and ensures effective mastery of biological knowledge. In addition, the article highlights the role of field practice, laboratory work, and digital technologies in the development of students’ analytical and creative thinking abilities.References
