This article analyzes the process of developing leadership qualities in primary school children, its psychological and pedagogical foundations, and the stages of development. In addition, effective methods for developing students’ leadership abilities in primary education are highlighted. The study also reveals the importance of family, school environment, and group activities in the development of leadership qualities.References
