Abstract

This article analyzes the Sufi-philosophical views, the concept of love, and the issue of spiritual perfection in the classical Eastern literary work “Yusuf and Zulaykha.” Through the images of Yusuf and Zulaykha, themes such as divine love, patience, faith, struggle against the ego, and spiritual purification are artistically interpreted. In addition, the poetic and linguopoetic features of the interpretations by Abdurahmon Jami and Durbek are comparatively examined.
