This article examines modern methods of error correction and their psycholinguistic foundations in the process of teaching and learning German. In contrast to traditional pedagogy, modern linguodidactics approaches errors as a natural learning phase and a product of cognitive processes. The article analyzes the scientific views of prominent German methodologists K. Kleppin and U. Steinmüller, highlighting the issues of maintaining communicative balance and overcoming psychological barriers in the classroom. Furthermore, the practical significance of interactive and learner-centered methods, such as "Korrekturzettel" (systemic analysis) and "Grammatik-Auktion" (Grammar Auction), which serve to develop metalinguistic competence in students, is substantiated.References
