Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the legal mechanisms for protecting human honor, dignity, rights, and freedoms. The study examines the constitutional foundations of human rights, the institutions of civil society, democratic principles, and the essence of reforms being implemented in New Uzbekistan. It also reveals the significance of state policy aimed at glorifying human dignity, the harmony of national and universal values, and the rule of law in the development of society.
