Abstract

This article discusses the importance of teaching aids in Foreign Language.Teaching (FLT) and their role in improving the teaching-learning process. Teaching aids are essential tools that help teachers present language concepts more effectively and make learning more interactive, engaging, and meaningful. The article explains different types of teaching aids, including visual, audio, audio-visual, digital, and printed materials. It also highlights their functions in developing language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Furthermore, the article examines the advantages of using teaching aids, such as increasing student motivation, improving comprehension, and supporting different learning styles.The study also discusses how teaching aids increase students’ motivation, participation, comprehension, and retention of knowledge by creating an interactive and learner-centered classroom environment.  The article concludes that the effective use of teaching aids can improve the quality of foreign language education and contribute to more successful and meaningful language learning experiences.
