Abstract

In today’s rapidly changing economic environment, where market volatility, digitalization, and global competition are defining characteristics, the formation of an effective enterprise management system requires a human-centered approach. This article examines the significance of employee evaluation, motivation, and empowerment in shaping sustainable and adaptive management systems. Drawing on a case study of Mukhtorjon Avto Tex Trans, the analysis highlights the impact of employee performance assessments and the application of motivational and empowerment theories. The study emphasizes that motivation diagnostics and empowerment mechanisms are integral components of modern management, contributing not only to operational efficiency but also to long-term organizational resilience and innovation.
