Abstract

This article examines the concepts of rights and obligations, their essence, as well as the definition of constitutional rights and duties of citizens in a separate chapter of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes situations related to their implementation. Additionally, it explores certain concepts concerning the constitutional rights and duties of citizens, as well as definitions provided by scholars on this matter.
