“TURLI YOSHDAGI KALAMUSHLARDA GIPOKINEZIYA VA GAMMA NURLANISH TA’SIRIDA JIGAR FERMENTLARI FAOLIYATINING O‘ZGARISHI”
Annotatsiya
Ushbu tadqiqotda turli yoshdagi kalamushlarda gipokineziya va gamma nurlanishning jigar hamda qon biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlariga birgalikdagi ta’siri o‘rganildi. Gipokineziya va ionlashtiruvchi nurlanish ta’sirida organizmda moddalar almashinuvi, oksidlovchi stress, antioksidant himoya va fermentativ jarayonlarda yuzaga keladigan o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida qon zardobidagi alaninaminotransferaza (ALT), aspartataminotransferaza (AST) va ishqoriy fosfataza (ALP) kabi jigar faoliyatini ifodalovchi fermentlar faolligi hamda jigar to‘qimasidagi ayrim biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlar baholandi. Shuningdek, turli yoshdagi hayvonlarda stress omillariga javob reaksiyalarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar gipokineziya va gamma nurlanishning alohida hamda birgalikdagi ta’siri jigar funksional holati va biokimyoviy jarayonlarda sezilarli o‘zgarishlar yuzaga keltirishini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari tashqi stress omillarining jigar va qon biokimyoviy holatiga ta’sirini baholashda muhim ilmiy ahamiyatga ega.
