ZERO TRUST ARCHITECTURE FOR SECURING UNIVERSITY NETWORKS
Annotatsiya
This article examines how Zero Trust Architecture can improve the security of university networks. It applies zero trust principles to the mixed environment of students, teachers, researchers, guests, personal devices, laboratories, and cloud services. The paper proposes an identity-centered architecture based on continuous verification, least-privilege access, device posture, microsegmentation, data classification, and centralized monitoring. It also presents a practical migration approach and discusses cost, privacy, usability, and legacy-system challenges.
