The family is regarded as one of the most fundamental institutions in Islam, serving as the primary foundation for social stability, moral development, and human well-being. This study examines the importance of Islamic law in preventing family separations and preserving family unity through its comprehensive legal, ethical, and social framework. The research explores the principles of Islamic family law that regulate marriage, divorce, child custody, financial maintenance, inheritance, and conflict resolution, highlighting their role in strengthening familial relationships and minimizing the factors that lead to family disintegration.
