Ushbu ilmiy tezis professional ta’lim muassasalari o‘quvchilarida stressga bardoshlilikni rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan pedagogik texnologiyalar tizimining psixologik treninglar, keys-stadi, rolli o‘yinlar va refleksiv mashg‘ulotlar integrativ kombinatsiyasining amaliy samaradorligini eksperimental asoslashga bag‘ishlangan. Pedagogik eksperiment (n=60; TG=30, NG=30) 22 seans hajmida tashkil etildi. Barcha beshta diagnostik ko‘rsatkich bo‘yicha statistik ishonchlilik p<0,001 darajasida, effekt hajmi Cohen d=1,31-2,48 (katta effekt) tashkil etdi. Korrelyatsion tahlil stressga bardoshlilik va kasbiy moslashuv o‘rtasida r=0,71 (p<0,001) kuchli bog‘liqlikni aniqladi. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagogik texnologiyalar tizimini professional ta’lim muassasalari amaliyotiga standart komponent sifatida joriy etish zarurligini asoslab beradi.Iqtiboslar
