Annotatsiya

Ushbu tadqiqotda nitenpyramning veterinariya preparatlaridagi miqdorini aniqlash uchun kombinatsiyalashgan xromatografik va spektrofotometrik usullar ishlab chiqildi hamda qiyosiy baholandi. HPLC-UV, HPLC-DAD, UPLC-MS/MS, TLC-densitometriya va SPE-UV usullari ICH Q2(R1) talablari asosida validatsiya qilindi. UPLC-MS/MS usuli eng yuqori sezuvchanlikni namoyish etdi (LOD = 0.0008 µg/mL), HPLC-DAD esa yuqori aniqlik va optimal narx-samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari bilan ajralib turdi. Barcha usullarda tiklanish 97.8–100.1% va RSD qiymatlari 0.45–2.87% oralig‘ida qayd etildi. Ishlab chiqilgan usullar Capstar® va Vetri-Kem® preparatlari tahlilida yuqori ishonchlilik va takroriylikni ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar ushbu usullarning veterinariya farmatsevtikasi va pestitsid nazoratida samarali qo‘llanishini tasdiqlaydi.
