Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada Qarshi davlat universiteti talabalari (N=100, yosh 18-22) orasida jismoniy faollik darajasi (IPAQ-SF) va qisqa muddatli xotira ko'rsatkichlari (raqamli va obrazli span testlari) sportchi (n=50) va nosportchi (n=50) guruhlarda qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Statistik tahlil (ANOVA, p<0,001) sportchi talabalarda jismoniy faollik (6520±1480 MET-daq/hafta) nosportchilarga (1840±790 MET-daq/hafta) nisbatan yuqori ekanligini ko'rsatdi. Sportchilarda raqamli xotira (7,24±1,08) va obrazli xotira (6,82±0,98) ko'rsatkichlari nosportchilarga nisbatan sezilarli yuqori bo'ldi (p<0,001; η²=0,24-0,29). Jismoniy faollik darajasi oshgani sari xotira ko'rsatkichlari lineer ravishda ortib bordi (r=0,62-0,67). Natijalar JSST tavsiyalari (150-300 daqiqa/hafta aerob mashqlar) kognitiv funksiyalarni yaxshilashda samarali ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
