Abstrak

This article examines the socio-cultural and linguistic reflection of gender in Uzbek literary works. It explores how gender roles, social expectations, and cultural values are represented through language and literary characters. Since literature reflects the social life of a nation, Uzbek literary works provide important insights into the position of men and women in society and the ways gender identities are expressed. Moreover, the study analyzes the linguistic features used by male and female characters and highlights how cultural traditions influence their speech and behavior. In addition, the article discusses the role of literary dialogues in revealing gender relations and social norms. Overall, the research demonstrates that gender representation in Uzbek literature is closely connected with the cultural and social values of Uzbek society.
