Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida eng ko‘p uchraydigan muammolardan biri — o‘quvchilarning dars davomida nutqiy faolligining pastligi va muloqotga kirishishdagi to‘siqlar tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot davomida o‘quvchilarning nima sababdan darsda kam gapirishi, psixolingvistik va metodik omillar nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, darslarda "sokinlik" muhitini bartaraf etish, o‘quvchilarni erkin muloqotga undash va ularning kommunikativ kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha innovatsion strategiyalar taklif etilgan. Tajriba-sinov ishlari natijasida interaktiv metodlarning o‘quvchi motivatsiyasiga ta’siri ilmiy asoslab berilgan.
