Abstrak

This article discusses the issues related to the development of teachers’ pedagogical skills and technological competence. In today’s rapidly changing education system, every teacher must have knowledge of modern technologies and be able to apply them effectively in the teaching process. Pedagogical mastery refers to a teacher’s ability to conduct lessons efficiently, build positive relationships with students, and inspire their interest in learning. Technological competence, on the other hand, includes a teacher’s skills in using computers, the internet, digital tools, and various educational platforms. When these two aspects are developed together, the quality of education increases, and lessons become more engaging and effective.
