Author Guidelines

Instructions for Authors

Eurasian Journal of Social Sciences, Philosophy and Culture (EJSSPC)

These requirements let your manuscript pass through the editorial system without errors. We recommend using the ready-made Word template — it already encodes every requirement.

Technical requirements

  • File format — Microsoft Word (.docx) only; PDFs and scans are not accepted
  • Font: Cambria or Times New Roman, 12 pt, line spacing 1.15
  • A4 page; margins: top/bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 1.5 cm
  • Length: at least 5 pages (5–12 recommended)
  • Abstract of 150–200 words; 5–10 keywords
  • Originality of at least 70% (Copyleaks screening)
  • An ORCID iD is required for every author — as a full link (free at orcid.org)

Manuscript structure

  1. Article title — in the main language, in capital letters, on its own line
  2. Author blocks — full name, affiliation, e-mail and ORCID; each on its own line. The first author is treated as the corresponding author
  3. Scientific adviser (if any) — on one line starting with “Ilmiy rahbar:”
  4. Abstract and keywords — in the main language of the article only
  5. Main text — INTRODUCTION → MATERIALS AND METHODS → RESULTS → DISCUSSION → CONCLUSION
  6. References — APA style, numbered list
  7. “Article information in other languages” — at the very end, as a separate block

Language rules

  • Article in Uzbek — the closing block carries the English and Russian information
  • Article in Russian — the closing block carries the English information
  • Article in English — the closing block carries the Russian information
  • Do not change the labels (Abstract:, Keywords:, Title:, Название:, Аннотация: etc.) — the system reads them automatically

Equations, figures and tables

  • Equations are typed in Word's equation editor (Insert → Equation), not pasted as images. Equations cited in the text are numbered on the right: (1)
  • Figures are placed in line with text at no less than 300 dpi; a centred caption goes below: “Figure 1. Title”
  • Tables must be real Word tables (not images); the caption goes above: “Table 1. Title”
  • Every table, equation and figure must be referred to in the text

References

APA style is used. In-text citations appear in square brackets: [1], [2]; the list is numbered in the same order. Sources in Cyrillic or Uzbek script are supplemented with an English translation in square brackets for international indexing.
