Abstrak

This article provides a detailed analysis of the organizational and pedagogical foundations for implementing innovations in the educational process. Special attention is given to the theoretical and methodological aspects of innovative education, the organizational mechanisms of introducing new practices, and pedagogical approaches that enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning. The article examines the reforms in Uzbekistan’s education system in comparison with international practices. It also identifies current challenges in the educational sector and proposes concrete solutions to overcome them.
