Abstrak

This article addresses the pressing issue of environmental education and the responsibility of the younger generation for nature conservation. It explores the concept of environmental education as a process of forming a correct worldview and a respectful attitude toward the natural environment. The roles of the family, school, and society in developing eco-friendly habits among children and adolescents are emphasized, along with the need for active youth participation in practical activities such as cleaning public spaces, planting trees, and using natural resources wisely. The article concludes that comprehensive environmental education is a key prerequisite for ensuring a healthy and sustainable future for both humanity and the planet.
