This article analyzes the importance of enhancing pedagogical capacity in primary education based on humanistic principles and socio-economic factors. The impact of social conditions and teachers’ professional competence on students’ knowledge levels is examined. The study explores teachers’ implementation of a humanistic approach, the state of school infrastructure, and the influence of family socio-economic factors on education quality. The necessity of professional development, social support programs, and the integration of modern technologies to improve pedagogical capacity is emphasized.
