Abstract

The article explores the theoretical and practical foundations of applying the STEAM approach in education and its role in fostering creativity. The STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) education model provides interdisciplinary integration while developing students’ creative thinking, ability to solve problems in unconventional ways, propose innovative ideas, and acquire practical skills. Based on the analysis of international experiences, the prospects of implementing the STEAM approach in Uzbekistan’s education system are also discussed.
