It highlights the ideas of Eastern and Western educators, classical pedagogical heritage, and issues of developing teacher mastery in modern school practice. Teacher mastery is considered the key factor determining the quality and effectiveness of education, with both theoretical and practical mechanisms of its formation discussed.Downloads
