ON THE PROBLEM OF FORMING AN ACTIVE DICTIONARY IN RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract
The article considers the key characteristics of the process of forming an active dictionary in Russian as a foreign language. The role of the active dictionary in the process of formation of students' linguistic competence and outlook is determined. The author defines the role of the principle of minimization of lexical material in the formation of an active dictionary.
