Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of enhancing pedagogical capacity in primary education based on humanistic principles and socio-economic factors. The impact of social conditions and teachers’ professional competence on students’ knowledge levels is examined. The study explores teachers’ implementation of a humanistic approach, the state of school infrastructure, and the influence of family socio-economic factors on education quality. The necessity of professional development, social support programs, and the integration of modern technologies to improve pedagogical capacity is emphasized. The article also provides practical recommendations for improving the quality of primary education.
