Abstract

The landscape of higher education is undergoing a profound transformation. This paper explores the transition of the modern educator from a "transmitter of information" to a "facilitator of learning." By examining the integration of AI tools, emotional intelligence, and discipline-specific pedagogy specifically within the context of teaching English for Economics at the Textile and Light Industry Institute - this study provides a roadmap for educators to enhance student engagement. The findings suggest that professional development and pedagogical empathy are paramount for success in an AI-driven academic environment.
