This article analyzes the theoretical and legal essence of the concept of early crime prevention, as well as its role and significance in ensuring public safety. It also highlights the content of preventive measures aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions of offenses, the interaction of prevention entities, and the significance of reforms being implemented in this field in our country. The author has put forward proposals on some organizational and legal aspects of improving the effectiveness of the system of early crime prevention.
