Abstract

This study proposes an innovative conceptual framework that emerged from professional translation practice, focusing on gender-related challenges encountered by translators. Professional translators rely on intellectual and cultural competence to bridge substantial differences between source and target languages. Among the most complex aspects of translation is the accurate rendering of content involving gender bias, which appears not only in literary texts but also in scientific and academic materials.
