This article highlights the importance of using STEAM education elements in mother tongue and natural science lessons. The STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) approach helps connect students’ knowledge with real-life applications, while also fostering logical thinking, creativity, and teamwork skills. The article discusses opportunities such as working with scientific texts and developing speech competence through creative writing in mother tongue lessons, as well as conducting experiments, modeling, and using technology in natural science classes. According to the research results, integrating STEAM elements into the learning process increases the effectiveness of education and plays a crucial role in nurturing students as independent and innovative thinkers.
