Abstract

This article analyzes the key factors that ensure the psychological effectiveness of the self-regulation process in pedagogical activity. It highlights the influence of internal motivation, reflection, emotional stability, stress resilience, planning, personal responsibility, and the external social environment on a teacher's professional success. The article scientifically substantiates the role of self-regulation in pedagogical work and the psychological conditions necessary for its effective development. The research findings demonstrate the significance of these factors in shaping teachers' abilities to make independent decisions, engage in self-analysis, and foster continuous professional development.
