Abstract

This article analyzes the problems related to the development of teachers’ creative potential in the context of innovative activities. It examines the factors hindering the formation of teachers’ creativity, the difficulties of implementing innovative approaches in modern education, and possible solutions to these challenges. The article also highlights effective strategies for developing creative thinking and innovative skills in the process of professional growth. The results of the study provide recommendations aimed at improving the quality of education and enhancing teachers’ creative opportunities.
