Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the problems of developing teachers’ creative abilities within the framework of their innovative activities. It analyzes the role of creativity in the educational process, the characteristics of innovative activity, the difficulties in developing creative potential, and the ways to overcome them. Furthermore, it highlights the experiences of foreign countries, reforms in the national education system, and the opportunities for developing teachers’ creative competencies.
