This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of introducing innovative approaches to the management of general education schools. It discusses the necessity of an innovative school management model, its organizational and pedagogical mechanisms, and factors ensuring its effectiveness. Special attention is given to the reforms in Uzbekistan’s education system, particularly the implementation of the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy and the Development Strategy for 2022–2026. Through a comparative study of international practices, existing challenges are identified, and recommendations for their solutions are provided.Downloads
