Abstract

The article discusses the current aspects of organizing the activities of leadership staff in higher education institutions in an innovative direction. The possibilities of achieving efficiency in the educational process through the implementation of management based on an integrative approach are analyzed. At the same time, proposals and recommendations are made on the formation of a modern model of innovative management.
