Abstract

Bugungi kunda turli xil loyihani boshqarish modellari mavjud bo‘lib, har biri o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarga ega. Eng keng tarqalgan modellarga Waterfall, Agile, Scrum va Kanban tizimlarini kiritish mumkin. Waterfall modeli qat’iy ketma-ketlikka asoslangan bo‘lib, har bir bosqich yakunlangandan so‘ng keyingisiga o‘tiladi. U sodda va aniq rejalashtirish imkonini beradi, biroq o‘zgaruvchan loyihalar uchun mos emas. Agile modeli esa yuqori darajadagi moslashuvchanlik va mijoz bilan faol hamkorlikni ta’minlaydi. Loyiha qismlarga bo‘linib, har bir qism doimiy ravishda ishlab chiqiladi va takomillashtirib boriladi. Bu model tez o‘zgaradigan muhitda ayniqsa foydalidir. Scrum va Kanban esa Agile yondashuvidan kelib chiqqan tizimlar bo‘lib, ular jamoaviy ishlash va vazifalarni aniq taqsimlash orqali samaradorlikni oshiradi.
