NANOZARRACHALAR ASOSIDA MODIFIKATSIYALANGAN ELEKTROD YORDAMIDA IBUFEN D TARKIBIDAGI IBUPROFENNI ELEKTROKIMYOVIY ANIQLASH

Ushbu maqolada rayhon (Ocimum basilicum) ekstrakti yordamida yashil sintez usulida Cu/Ag nanozarrachalar olinishi hamda ular asosida modifikatsiyalangan shishali uglerod elektrod (Cu/Ag/GCE) ishlab chiqilishi bayon qilindi. Tayyorlangan sensor yordamida Ibufen D suspenziyasi tarkibidagi ibuprofen moddasini differensial impuls voltammetriya (DPV) usulida aniqlash imkoniyati o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar Cu/Ag/GCE elektrodi yuqori sezgirlik, selektivlik va barqarorlikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Optimal muhit sifatida pH 6.8 bo‘lgan fosfatli bufer eritma tanlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida ishlab chiqilgan metodika farmatsevtik preparatlar va biologik namunalarni tezkor tahlil qilish uchun istiqbolli ekanligi aniqlandi.
